Ro’s COVID-19 Resource Hub helps you stay informed with reliable medical information about the coronavirus. It is available on Ro’s Health Guide, which has information on COVID-19 and other health topics, reviewed by our in-house physicians and based on guidance from health officials.
Ro launched the first free, nationwide COVID-19 telehealth assessment at the outset of the pandemic. We did this because we were positioned to respond to the greatest needs at the time: to increase access to safe, remote care and triage, preserve in-person health care resources, and combat misinformation about the novel coronavirus.
Since then, we’ve helped patients in every state plus DC as well as employees at more than 70 companies and organizations with our free assessment. We found that most people using our assessment were looking for reliable medical information and guidance related to common questions, like symptoms of, and risk factors for, COVID-19.
Now that more COVID-19 virtual assessments and in-person care are available, we are turning to the greatest patient need at this time: health information you can trust.
Information about coronavirus is still evolving. We refresh our COVID-19 Resource Hub weekly based on newly published peer-reviewed findings to ensure patients have updated information that they need to make informed healthcare decisions.
As part of this transition, our Coronavirus Telehealth Assessment is no longer available starting October 1, 2020.
